Extended Care

Bethany Lutheran School’s Extended Care program is available Monday through Friday from 3:15 PM to 6:00 PM. We will be closed on days when there is no school. No extended care will be provided on 11:30 AM Early Dismissal days.

All students not picked up by 3:30 PM (except as arranged with teachers) go into Extended Care, with parents charged the hourly rate of $4.00 per hour per child for regularly scheduled children (Drop-in care is $5.00 per hour). Charges are billed to the nearest 15-minute mark.

Eligibiliy/Enrollment:

  1. Students enrolled full time at BLES are eligible for afternoon extended care.
  2. Afternoon Preschool students are eligible for extended care by pre-arrangement.
  3. Contact the office if you wish to enroll; complete and return the Contract form and Agreement of Guidelines form.
