Progress Reports
Parents will be asked to meet with the teacher after the first-quarter report cards are issued. The school calendar will indicate the days scheduled for parent-teacher conferences. Report cards are issued four times a year, at the end of each quarter.
Mid-term reports may be sent by the classroom teacher near the middle of each quarter or as requested by parents. No permanent record is kept of mid-term progress reports. Report cards will be mailed to the students’ homes shortly after the end of each quarter.
